• Competitors must register at the Competition Reception on 26.06 (Friday) between 16:00 and 17:30. The reception will be divided into two positions: World Cup Qualifiers and the First Warsaw Tango Cup. After receiving the starting packages, Competitors will go to the dressing rooms.

• Please bring the document you provided during registration for review. For the PISTA category, you will need to complete the form from Buenos Aires.

• PLEASE NOTE: Competitors competing in the Warsaw Tango Cup categories other than TANGO PISTA will receive SECOND starting numbers. In the MILONGUERO category, each person (Leader and Follower) will have their own individual number.

PLEASE NOTE: Participants in the Escenario category are required to deliver an audio file on a pendrive with the music for the show to the Reception Desk and receive confirmation from the Organizers on a given day.

• Until 17:30 there is time for a dance floor test and warm-up.

• At 17:30 there is a mandatory information meeting with the Organizers.

• The Participants' coach are Gracja & Maciej. They will also supervise the order in which competitors leave the dressing room at the right time.

• At 18:00 on Friday the Elimination Round in the following order:

- tango pista / Official Preliminaries BA 2026
there will be 3 or 4 rondas depending on the supervisor's decision

- vals / Warsaw Tango Cup 2026 (3 rondas)

- milonga / Warsaw Tango Cup 2026 (3 rondas)

- tango escenario / Warsaw Tango Cup 2026 (couples in order)

- milonguero / Warsaw Tango Cup 2026 (3 rondas)

Rondas will be assigned randomly immediately before the competition.

• The elimination round will end at approximately 21:30.

• Announcement of elimination results at 21:45.

• Competitors who qualify for the next round will have a reception, warm-up and organizational meeting the following day according to the posted program (please note the times of each day).
