• Competitors must register at the Competition Reception on 20.06 (Friday) between 16:00 and 17:30. The reception will be divided into two positions: World Cup Qualifiers and the 3rd International Polish Cup. After receiving the starting packages, Competitors will go upstairs to the dressing rooms.

NOTE: Participants in the Escenario category are required to deliver an audio file on a pendrive with the music for the show to the Reception Desk and receive confirmation from the Organizers on a given day.

• Until 17:30 there is time for a dance floor test and warm-up.

• At 17:30 there is a mandatory information meeting with the Organizers.

• The Participants' coach is Gracja BK. She will also supervise the order in which they leave the locker room at the right time.

• At 18:00 on Friday the Elimination Round in the following order:

- tango de pista

- tango escenario

- milonguero

- vals

- milonga

• The elimination round will end at approximately 21:45.

• Announcement of elimination results during the Gala Milonga at approximately 11:30 PM.

ATTENTION: ALL COMPETITORS who take part in at least one OFFICIAL COMPETITION - pista or escenario, have free entry to the evening Gala Milongas!

• Competitors who qualify for the next stage will have a reception, warm-up and organizational meeting the following day according to the posted program (please note the times of each day).
